1. Purpose
StockFeel is a management application for resellers. It helps track inventory, purchases, sales, listings, metrics and shipments.
2. Account and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your authentication methods and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions performed through your account.
3. Permitted use
You must use StockFeel lawfully and for a legitimate activity.
- do not circumvent security measures or technical limits;
- do not access another user's data;
- do not use the service for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- do not disrupt StockFeel or its providers.
4. Integrations and AI suggestions
Integrations are optional and subject to the providers' terms. Detections, matches and AI-generated content are suggestions: review them before approval or any commercial, tax or legal decision.
Data obtained through Google Workspace is not used to develop, improve or train a general-purpose AI model.
5. Free and Pro plans
StockFeel offers a Free plan, with no time limit, and a paid Pro plan. The current plans are described at https://www.stockfeel.fr/tarifs and in the application.
The Free plan lets you track up to 50 items in stock. It does not include Gmail detection, eBay and StockX integrations, AI features, automatic parcel tracking or the accounting export.
The Pro plan gives access to the whole service, with no stock limit. It costs €12 per month or €120 per year, all applicable taxes included.
6. Subscription, payment and renewal
The Pro subscription is taken out in the application, under Settings > My account. Payment is processed by Stripe: StockFeel neither receives nor stores any card data.
The price is paid in advance, at the start of each monthly or yearly period. The subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the current price, until it is cancelled. Each payment comes with an invoice, available under Settings > My account > Manage subscription.
StockFeel may change its prices. Any change is announced by email at least 30 days in advance and only applies from the next renewal. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before that date.
7. Cancellation and failed payments
You can cancel at any time under Settings > My account > Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: the Pro plan stays active until then, and the current period is not refunded pro rata.
If a payment fails, new attempts are made over a few days and you are asked to update your payment method. The Pro plan stays active during these attempts. If the payment does not go through, the subscription ends and the account returns to the Free plan.
Returning to the Free plan deletes no data. Its limits apply to new actions: no new items beyond 50 in stock, and integrations, AI and parcel tracking are suspended. Full access returns as soon as a new Pro subscription is taken out.
Deleting the account ends the subscription immediately, without a refund of the current period, subject to the right of withdrawal.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from taking out the Pro subscription to withdraw, without giving any reason. Send an unambiguous statement to contact@stockfeel.fr within that period, for example: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the StockFeel Pro subscription taken out on [date] with the account [email address]."
The amount paid is then refunded in full, no later than 14 days after we receive your request, using the payment method used for the subscription. The account returns to the Free plan, without any loss of data.
9. Data and availability
You retain ownership of data you add. StockFeel receives only the technical rights needed to operate the service. StockFeel aims for reliable availability but cannot guarantee zero interruptions, errors or third-party dependency.
10. Deletion and liability
You may delete your account from settings; deletion also ends the Pro subscription. StockFeel may suspend an account for fraud, security risk or serious breach of these terms.
StockFeel is a management aid and does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You remain responsible for listings, transactions and obligations.
