1. Purpose

StockFeel is a management application for resellers. It helps track inventory, purchases, sales, listings, metrics and shipments.

2. Account and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your authentication methods and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions performed through your account.

3. Permitted use

You must use StockFeel lawfully and for a legitimate activity.

• do not circumvent security measures or technical limits;
• do not access another user's data;
• do not use the service for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• do not disrupt StockFeel or its providers.

4. Integrations and AI suggestions

Integrations are optional and subject to the providers' terms. Detections, matches and AI-generated content are suggestions: review them before approval or any commercial, tax or legal decision.

Data obtained through Google Workspace is not used to develop, improve or train a general-purpose AI model.

5. Data and availability

You retain ownership of data you add. StockFeel receives only the technical rights needed to operate the service. StockFeel aims for reliable availability but cannot guarantee zero interruptions, errors or third-party dependency.

6. Deletion and liability

You may delete your account from settings. StockFeel may suspend an account for fraud, security risk or serious breach of these terms.

StockFeel is a management aid and does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You remain responsible for listings, transactions and obligations.
