Questions
Before you write to us
Because one API read deeply beats four read halfway: Gmail exposes the search, the labels and the content detection needs, and it does so stably. If your confirmations arrive elsewhere, a forwarding rule brings them to a dedicated Gmail mailbox, and the matching guide covers the steps for Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo and your own domain.
The sender, the subject, the date and the part of the text the analysis needs, for the only messages that look like a sale, purchase or shipping confirmation. Attachments are never downloaded, the full body is not kept, and the id of an analysed message is kept for 120 days at most. Nothing is sent from or deleted in your mailbox: the only write is a label placed on what has been read.
No, never. Detection leaves a suggestion: the item it believes it recognises, the price it read, the date. It is your confirmation that decrements the quantity and creates the sale line. You can also correct the item it aimed at, or dismiss the suggestion if the email was not a sale.
Yes. Disconnecting Gmail, eBay or StockX removes the authorisation and nothing else: your items, your sales, your recorded listings and your history stay intact. On the eBay side, business policy identifiers and the stock address are even kept, so reconnecting does not ask for them again.
Expect under an hour. A detection pass runs every five minutes and takes accounts in turn, and the "Synchronise now" button is there so you do not have to wait. If your emails go through a forwarding rule, add your provider's delay, from a few seconds to a few minutes.
Under Settings, My account, at the bottom of the page. Deletion is permanent and takes the associated data with it. Export your inventory and your sales from the same area first if you want to keep a copy.
